Maybe I'm just clinging to false hope that this amazing franchise will get an actual ending, instead of what the fuck Awakening was. So they could, in theory make another sequel, no? I don't know a lot about licensing and all that crap, so I apologize if I don't know what the hell I'm talking about. Is there any possibility that EA would grow a soul, and make Dead Space 4 a worthy, or at least a good enough ending to an otherwise worthy franchise and fanbase? From what I understand, EA owns Dead Space, even if Viceral is now defunct. In fact, I doubt they even wanted to make most of what came out of Dead Space 3 and it's respective DLCs. Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming Viceral. Awakening.one of the worst endings you could possibly make, especially when it's an ending to the whole damn franchise. ![]() ![]() As I noted above, I played the DLCs as well. But to be honest, and maybe it's because I'm a soulless shut-in, but I was never really scared by Dead Space anyways.Īnyways, on to my actual point. Sure, it didn't have the memorable fear that 1, and a bit of 2 had, but it was still great in my opinion. I just got done playing the Dead Space Trilogy + DLCs.
